Last winter of 2019 I was stuck in my own head. January - February and into March I struggled to get out of bed and couldn't find the motivation to get anything accomplished.
My workouts, my business, my relationships, my body, mind and spirit all suffered because of it... I didn't realize it then but I was literally the walking dead.
I was on death row and everything was dying because of my inability to get out of my own head.
Problem was, I was trying to fix negative thinking with MORE thinking.
That's like fixing a flat tire with a knife.
It's when I started taking ACTION is when my momentum started building and I was able to get out of the funk one step at a time, one action at a time.
Sometimes you need something simple like a walk to get your head clear, others time it may need to be a bit more aggressive like a great physical workout and other times...
You may need to get crazy and really expressive with something like dynamic meditation (YouTube OSHO dynamic meditation) it looks nuts but it works.
If you're stuck in your own head and can't see your way out, try something EXPRESSIVE that'll break through the misery... if you dare.
